We understand that sometimes it is difficult to determine if your child will need extra support on their learning journey. Affording an assessment isn't always achievable for every family so we want to support our local community with this.  We have set up The Finery's Little Genius' Trust to provide financial support to our local families, to help them in acquiring the diagnostic assessments needed to further progress tamariki on their learning journey.

Private assessments are often easier to access, however, they are also more expensive. We invite families to apply for financial assistance by writing a letter of application to alyse@thefinery.co.nz

We would love you to tell us about your child and the type of assessment that you are seeking. If you are unsure about which type of assessment your child will benefit from then you may like to ask your GP, early childhood centre or school to support you with your letter.
